Visual expression is the only way I've ever been able to connect with others. For as long as I can remember my primary languages have been sketchbook, paintbrush and aerosol can. I'm self taught in all aspects of my work, from illustration to acrylic paint, tattooing, mask making and fabrication.
I work primarily with graphite, ink, and acrylics but I use whatever is on hand or sparks my interest during the creative process.
My imagination feeds on folklore, mythology, the occult, history, classic literature, and personal experiences. I supplement that diet with heavy doses of music, horror, and coffee.
I'm working on my first venture in illustration with a new visual spin on the classic poem, "Jabberwocky," by Lewis Carroll. the work will be a punk rock mutation of graphic novel style, photography, collage, and madness.
